- Contact form: name, company, email, phone (optional), city, country, product of interest and your message.
- Dealer application form: company and contact details, region, years of activity, service capability and approximate sales volume.
Why we process it
To answer your requests and prepare quotations, to evaluate dealer applications, to carry out our sales and after-sales activities, and to meet our legal obligations.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent given on the form (KVKK art. 5/1), steps taken before entering into a contract at your request (art. 5/2-c), our legal obligations (art. 5/2-ç) and our legitimate interests (art. 5/2-f).
Who receives it
Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through the form service Web3Forms, whose servers may be located outside Türkiye. Your data is also shared, where necessary, with our authorised dealers to answer your request, and with public authorities when required by law.
How long we keep it
For as long as necessary for the purpose above and the legal retention periods; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
